PENGARUH DANA PIHAK KETIGA (DPK) DAN FINANCING DEPOSIT RATIO (FDR) TERHADAP PEMBIAYAAN MURABAHAH PADA BANK SYARIAH INDONESIA

In its implementation, Murabahah financing is highly
dependent on the availability of funds that can be provided by the
bank. Third Party Funds (TPF) are the main element in the financing
framework of Islamic banks. TPF collected from the community is the
main basis in the financing distribution process. The more TPF that is
successfully collected, the greater the bank's ability to distribute
financing, including through murabahah.
The formulation of the problem in this study is 1) Is there an
impact of Third Party Funds (TPF) on murabahah financing at Bank
Syariah Indonesia? 2) Is there an influence of the Ratio (FDR) on
murabahah financing at Bank Syariah Indonesia? 3) Do Third Party
Funds (TPF) and (FDR) simultaneously affect murabahah financing
at Bank Syariah Indonesia?
The analysis method applied in this study utilizes the
Quantitative Descriptive Statistics Framework, because the
information used is numerical data sourced from the financial
statements of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) and OJK publications
covering the period 2020-2025. Then for the test used is the classical
assumption test which includes normality, multicollinearity,
heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation and multiple linear regression
analysis in the form of t-test, F-test and coefficient of determination.
The results of this study indicate that the TPF and FDR
variables have a significant partial effect of 0.000 on the Murabahah
Financing variable at Bank Syariah Indonesia. Then the simultaneous
regression test shows that the independent variables DPK and FDR
have a significant effect on the dependent variable Murabahah
Financing at Bank Syariah Indonesia, with an influence level of 0.000.
And the magnitude of the influence of DPK and FDR on Murabahah
Financing indicated by R Square is 0.982 or 98.2%.
