DIGITALISASI SYARIAH: PERSEPSI NASABAH BANK MUAMALAT TERHADAP INOVASI LAYANAN BERBASIS TEKNOLOGI DALAM MAQASHID SYARIAH

Amid the rapid adoption of technology by the general public, the banking industry must understand and keep pace with these developments. The Muamalat DIN digital service application is not merely a technological innovation, but an actualization of the values of maqashid sharia in the modern Islamic financial system. Through its features, this application serves as a bridge between technological needs and sharia guidance. This study aims to determine the alignment of Muamalat DIN service features with maqashid sharia principles and customer perceptions of the digital service innovations of Bank Muamalat, Genteng Branch.
This study employed qualitative research. This type of research employed a case study, utilizing data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used the Miles & Huberman method, namely data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing.
The results of this study indicate that: (1) Customers of Bank Muamalat Genteng Branch have a positive perception of digital services, especially the Muamalat DIN application, which is considered to facilitate banking transactions and meet financial and spiritual needs through various superior features and Islamic content. However, technical obstacles such as unstable networks are still occasionally encountered. (2) This study shows that the features in the Muamalat DIN application are in line with the principles of Maqashid Syariah. The zakat, infaq, and waqf features support hifzh al-din, the security and transparency systems support hifzh al-mal. This digital innovation not only simplifies transactions, but also reflects sharia values in daily financial practices
