IMPLEMETASI KEPEMIMPINAN ORGANISASI PERGERAKAN MAHASISWA ISLAM INDONESIA (PMII) DALAM MENGEMBANGKAN KARAKTER TANGGUNGJAWAB DIUIMSYA

This research aims: to determine and analyze the application of PMII UIMSYA leadership in developing the character of personal responsibility.
This research method uses qualitative research where researchers look for data sources directly, as well as conduct observations and interviews. Researchers observe directly and collect data to investigate the actual phenomenon. Researchers make observations by taking notes and asking questions and looking for sources related to what happened at that time
From the conclusion of this thesis, an effective leader is a leader who has the ability to play an active role in carrying out leadership roles, both as a role as a direction setter, agent of change, and coach to improve performance or work enthusiasm for members in an organization. The strategy implemented is through work programs and being a good example. Meanwhile, being a good example is that the management of PMII UIMSYA Banyuwangi always shows good attitudes or actions and words in front of PMII UIMSYA Banyuwangi members so that they can be emulated by other members.
