The phenomenon that occurs among Islamic boarding school students is that some people are not very confident in their ability to complete assignments which causes academic stress in achieving goals during the quarter crisis period. The aim of this research is to find out how influential self-efficacy and academic stress are on the Quarter Life Crisis of UIMSYA santri students.
The subjects in this study were 140, aged between 18 and 23 years, taken from Islamic boarding school students at the early years of wustho and ulya levels and female. The data collection method in this research uses a questionnaire containing statements on the self-efficacy scale, academic stress scale and quarter life crisis scale. The data analysis method in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis.
The conclusion of this research is that there is a significant relationship, the influence between Self Efficacy and Quarter Life Crisis is 30%, Academic Stress and Quarter Life Crisis is 34.1%.
